Order Selection
Once you have selected your products, confirm your preferred delivery day and time in the cart then proceed to checkout to confirm payment details.
We will endeavour to deliver in your selected time and will notify you if your delivery time changes.
Order Confirmation
After the payment is processed, you will receive an email to confirm your order and delivery details.
Delivery
Our seafood is frozen and meat is chilled. Our products are packed in cold chain packaging to maintain the correct temperature for up to eight hours. However, is is preferable if someone is home to receive your order.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is provided on orders over $90. We deliver to the Brisbane metro area.
Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed we have a no-cancellation policy.
Returns
Please notify us if you have any issues with your order. We have a 24 hour return policy commencing from the time of delivery.
